ABOUT SUMMER SHREDZ
This program will be more intense and more hands on then we’ve ever done before… We’ll be programming specific nutritional guidelines and strategic workouts (designed by yours truly, Brandon Bartz) to increase muscle and definition during the program. Lean gainz is the name of the game this summer! (Forgive our use of the letter “Z”… we really got into this!)
About Our Certified Nutritional Therapy Consultant, Katie Merritt:
We’re excited to announce Katie Merritt to the team! She’ll be helping us lead and educate you guys through the program and classes, as well as taking on 1 on 1 appointments for those who do the Summer Shredz program. She is a graduate of the Nutrition Therapy Association’s Nutritional Therapy Consultant Program and a Certified Nutritional Therapy Consultant.

Starts: June 1st
Duration: 6 WEEKS
Cost for Basic: ($80) OR 2 PAYMENTS OF ($40)
Cost for Supa: ($130) OR 2 PAYMENTS OF ($65)
Prior to challenge class will be Saturday May 27th at 10:15am, or Tuesday May 30th at 6pm (at our Davenport Gym Location)
Middle of challenge nutrition class will be July 1st 10:15am or July 3rd 6pm (at our Davenport Gym Location)
1 on 1 Counseling Sessions:
Counseling sessions will be setup with Katie Marie PRIOR to the challenge starting. One session will be during and one session will be after to ensure you are on the right path to success.
What You Will Be Eating:
We will be giving you multiple options as to how you can approach this challenge, as well as what we recommend for best results! You’ll log your food in the comments section on the WOD posted each day to The Foundation Members Facebook Group Page. We also recommend you track your food intake in MyFitnessPal.
Recommended Meal Guidelines:
- 25% carbohydrates
- Lean Body Mass (InBody)* = Protein per grams/day
- LOTS of water and greens and vegetables
*Protein may vary slightly

How Winners are Determined:
We will have 2 winners, 1 male and 1 female, who will receive a $500 cash prize. Winners will be determined based on before and after pics, body fat % lost, total weight lost, and muscle gained.
