ABOUT STRENGTH LAB

Strength Lab is a strength training, athletic conditioning, and weightlifting facility that houses a community of like-minded people – people that want to work hard, test their limits, train effectively and create the best versions of themselves they possibly can for sport and/or life. People from all walks of life, all levels of fitness, and with many different goals make up the community of Strength Lab.

The experience and results Westside Barbell has seen with ALL different types of athletes is nothing short of amazing and, in our opinion, unparalleled in the United States. More and more, we’ve adopted the principles and adapted them for our client base at The Foundation. Shane Sweatt and Laura Phelps-Sweatt have been a huge influence on us, and we have to give credit where credit is due!

Strength Lab is a place where Strength and Weakness Development come first. It is a controlled atmosphere in which we hone in on what our clients need individually. Through smart programming, our staff of knowledgeable and effective coaches and our specialty equipment, we set ourselves apart by being THE premier training and fitness facility in the Quad Cities. No matter what your goals, we have what you need to meet it!

Strength Lab is housed in The Foundation’s Davenport Gym Location. Strength Lab memberships can be purchased as a stand-alone product, as a supplemental product to The Foundation regular group classes, or in the form of Personal Training sessions.

We have a series of very unique and effective programing here at The Foundation. People of all fitness and experience levels will find themselves challenged on a daily basis to push their bodies and their minds. We start every new member off with a complimentary 45-min fitness goals assessment. The purpose of this session is to get to know you, your unique goals, and to determine if The Foundation will be your best path to success.

During your FREE goals assessment we will:

- Sit down, talk, and do a brief movement screen to get to know you better
- Match up your fitness goals with a Foundation coach who specializes in that area
- Provide an overview of our unique training methodology
- Give you a tour of The Foundation’s premier functional fitness training facility
- Determine if The Foundation will be the best place for you to achieve your goals!

Simply fill out the form and someone from our team will be in contact with you shortly to discuss the best time for you to come in. We are also happy to help answer any questions you might have about training at The Foundation. We look forward to meeting you!
