WHY DO YOU COACH?
I like to coach because I love seeing others push themselves to the limits and accomplish things that they did not think they could do. Some of the things that I would like to accomplish as a coach are making sure everyone leaves the gym feeling better and more confident. I want them to know 100% that they are safe and in good hands. I want everyone to know that no matter what the question is they know we will have the answer. I love seeing people setting PR’s and I really enjoy coaching Olympic lifts.
WHAT’S DIFFERENT ABOUT THE FOUNDATION?
I believe that The Foundation sets itself above others with their style of coaching. It is still very noticeable in the gym and outside of the gym who focuses on movement standards and safety first over just getting through the WOD’s. The Foundation focuses on it’s members and making sure they will continue to work out correctly for the long haul.
