What motivates you as a coach?
You do. The other staff members do. This whole community does. Coaching comes easy and is so fun and inspiring when the people around you are willing to listen and get better, and everyone is together working towards the same goal - fitness as a lifestyle and not as a show. Though the show part is a nice perk ????
