Why do you CrossFit?
The overall goal is to live a healthy, happy, long life. But it’s the community, members, and coaches, that I look forward to every day. Nothing inspires me more than sharing an hour a day with such a diverse, dedicated group of people, working hard so we can live healthy, full lives.
Favorite cheat meal?
Tacos, ice cream, nachos, cookies, etc.
Favorite coaching moment?
Watching members crush goals they would have never imagined- Every single day!
Favorite hobbies outside of the gym?
Traveling, trail running, road tripping, surfing, hiking, and anything having to do with Mother Nature.
