Why do You Coach?
I love to help people build their confidence. They come to the gym thinking the can’t do the workout or they’re nervous about it and they accomplish it with a little push. The look on their faces when they PR is the best. I love helping with that whether it’s tweaking their form or just telling them that I have complete confidence they can do it. It makes my day. Helping people achieve their goals is what’s important to me.
Why is The Foundation different?
I think The Foundation is different because of the programming. Brandon programs WOD’s to help people get stronger and be able to do this for the long term - to stay healthy. We have a great group of coaches and an even better group of members.
