Why do you CrossFit?
For my health and wellbeing, Stress relief from daily life and job, And I love a challenge and always like to push myself to do new things!
What’s your favorite movement and why?
Cleans because you can do them quickly but can get really heavy as well.
Favorite hobby outside of Crossfit?
Swimming even though I haven’t been doing it quite as often as I should. I also enjoy trail and mud runs.
What motivates you as a coach?
Helping others. Which is something I already do in my daily job and is the reason I went to school. Being able to see things in others that they cannot see yet and help them accomplish anything they set out to do!
