ABOUT THE ENDURANCE TRIBE

The Endurance Tribe is 2-fold. First, it’s a tribe! It’s a group of people that get together to enjoy their sport, each other, and often, the outdoors. Second, it’s a program! We train athletes who want to take a strength and skill approach to their sport and/ or hobby. No matter if you run, bike, or swim, we run hard and we play hard!

Members from both our gym in Davenport, IA and our gym in Moline, IL are welcome to join this group as an extension of our basic, group class membership and after successfully completing a series amount of personal training sessions in our Strength Lab facility.

We have a series of very unique and effective programs here at The Foundation. All of which are customizable to the individual needs of our clients. It starts with our basic group classes (think CrossFit) and expands from there. Want to focus more on weightlifting? We’ve got Strength Lab for that. Want to focus more on Athletic Conditioning? We’ve got Endurance Tribe for that. Looking for a gym class that’s just for Seniors? We’ve got Longevity for that. Looking to get your teens involved? We’ve got a Teen’s gym class just for them. How about giving a go at Pro Wrestling? We’ve partnered with The Black and Brave Wrestling Academy for that! People of all fitness and experience levels will find themselves challenged on a daily basis to push their bodies and their minds to new levels in a premiere fitness facility with top of the line equipment (woodways, skiregs, rowers, and more) and with a community of people unlike any you’ve experienced before.

During your FREE goals assessment we will:

We start every new member off with a complimentary 45-min fitness goals assessment. The purpose of this session is to get to know you, your unique goals, and to determine if The Foundation will be your best path to success.

- Sit down, talk, and do a brief movement screen to get to know you better
- Match up your fitness goals with a Foundation coach who specializes in that area
- Provide an overview of our unique training methodology
- Give you a tour of The Foundation’s premier functional fitness training facility
- Determine if The Foundation will be the best place for you to achieve your goals!
