What about the Foundation helped you reach your health and fitness goals?
The answer to this question is simple: The members. I strongly believe that I would not have stuck with the lifestyle change if I did not have the guidance and support of those at The Foundation. While the workouts kept me active and burning calories, the never ending support and encouragement from other members is what made it possible for me to stick to intermittent fasting for 2.5 years and to lose 100+ lbs.
What would you say to the new person who is hesitant about beginning at the Foundation?
Getting yourself to walk through that door on day 1 will be the hardest part of the journey! You will not regret the decision to join this community of people because it is made up of the most genuinely friendly, caring, and encouraging people. If you want to be successful in changing your life and your health, The Foundation is the place to be.
Anything else you can add about how The Foundation that has impacted your life for the better?
Aside from keeping me motivated to continue on my weight loss journey, The Foundation changed me as a person. I used to be a very shy, “fly on the wall” type of person. While I still take some time to warm up to new people and situations, The Foundation has pushed me so far outside of my comfort zone (in a great way!) that I have become much more outgoing, and I no longer feel uncomfortable in social situations. I will be forever grateful to The Foundation and all of its members!
